ESG seen as key to aggressive benefit
Knight Frank’s ESG Property Investor Survey 2025, which gathered responses from 40 international business buyers with £300bn in property beneath administration, discovered that greater than 83% of Australian buyers plan to retrofit or refurbish present property to satisfy ESG targets, with an additional 75% actively buying poor-performing property to improve, Property Council reported.
